Principles

The way someone works, analyses, organises him /herself, communicates, manages others, etc. varies according to the individual and their specificities.

And, depending on the challenges and objectives, certain specificities, modus operandi and complemen-tarities will be more effective than others at dealing with the issues at hand or completing the project.

Development potentials

Just as each person has a natural predisposition to write with his/her left or right hand, so to he/she has distinctive characteristics and aptitudes - beyond education, training, experience, culture or origins - that make him/her if not a unique individual at very least a very specific one.

Others are by their abilities to design and model, observe and analyse, develop a vision or listen and reformulate; and on the contrary require silence and solitude to think and recharge their batteries.

Where some individuals are driven foremost by their capacity to organise, innovate, animate or experiment and negociate, and have a need to interact orally with others in order to reflect and re-energise.

However, an individual cannot be reduced to a single characteristic : he/she is composed of 4 major specificities, which will be more or less developed depending on his/her age, experience, maturity and the manner in which they have been stimulated. 2 specificities correspond to his/her natural tendencies and the other 2 represent his/her development potential.

Methodological tools
